NAME
       emp4init - initialize an EMPRESS 4GL database

SYNOPSIS
       emp4init database

DESCRIPTION
       This command initializes the specified database for use by Empress 4GL.
       If the database does not exist it will be created.

FILES
       EMPRESS database files
