NAME
       empginit - initialize an EMPRESS GUI database

SYNOPSIS
       empginit  [-xp]  database

DESCRIPTION
       This command initializes the specified database for use by Empress GUI.
       If the database does not exist it will be  created.   By  default,  two
       example  applications  are  created, and a table containing pictures is
       imported.

       -x        Do not import the example applications

       -p        Public access. Grants SELECT and DISPLAY privileges to PUBLIC
                 on all GUI tables.

       EMPRESS database files

       Error diagnostics are printed if no database is specified.
