NAME
       empocc - compiles C programs using Empress ODBC C API routines

SYNOPSIS
       empocc [OPTIONS]... [CC_OPTIONS]... FILE...



DESCRIPTION
       The  utility  empocc invokes "cc" (C Compiler) and searches the Empress
       Libraries for ODBC. It is used to compile Empress ODBC Client  applica-
       tions that use ODBC C API.


OPTIONS
       -useshlib
              link with Empress ODBC Shared Library

       -bcs   bypass  Empress  ODBC  client  server  mechanism  and access the
              Empress local database directly.

       C file that uses ODBC API routines

       EMPRESS libraries
