NAME
       empsvutl - Empress server utility

SYNOPSIS
       empsvutl  -gdd [-chk] global_data_dictionary_file

       empsvutl  -scf [-chk] server_config_file

DESCRIPTION
       The  command empsvutl helps system administrator to setup simple Global
       Data Dictionary (GDD) file and Server  Configuration  (SCF)  file.   It
       also  provides  primary  checking  of the integrity of the existing GDD
       file and SCF file.

       -gdd      create or append a global data dictionary file

       -scf      create or append a server configuration file

       -chk      provide primary checking of an existing GDD file or SCF file.
